1. Job responsibilities:
1) Responsible for supervising the quality of the work of the flight operation support unit, coordinating the departments to complete their respective service guarantees within the specified time, and ensuring that the flight safety is operating at the punctuality.At the same time, it is responsible for flight operation efficiency improvement and management, service quality monitoring and service quality improvement, ensuring that the ground work service quality meets the company's service concept;
2) Responsible for the acquisition of local operational support resources and the coordination of relevant security units;
3) Responsible for special explanations and appeasement of abnormal flights and oversold passengers, including formulating abnormal flight disposal plans, coordinating airport related agencies, docking company occ duty seats to keep up with flight dynamics, doing passenger interpretation and appeasement, passenger food Accommodation arrangements, payment and registration of compensation fees, etc.;
4) Responsible for the company's various service products.Including the publicity and interpretation of our overweight baggage policy, the monitoring of passenger baggage handling, the check-in and charge of passengers' excess baggage in the check-in area, the card control and charging of over-sized baggage, and the relevant regulations on lithium batteries. Reminders, notes and payment records, etc.;
5) Manage irregular flights and differentiated expenses, collect and report operational information of local flights, and calculate and analyze the cost income and expenses of the terminal;
6) Assist in the investigation and rectification of abnormal events;
7) Responsible for the service guarantee of high-end passengers and various guests in and out of Hong Kong;
8) Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
2. Qualifications::
1) Full-time college degree or above;
2) More than 1 year experience in production and operation of airlines or airports;
3) With the ability to support normal flight operations and the handling of abnormal flights, it can do a good job in the overall operation and management of flights at the local airport, and has the ability to withstand pressure.
4) Can speak English and communicate normally;
5) Experience in international flight support is a plus.
