Flight supervisor/QAR decoding
1. Job responsibilities:
1) Maintain flight quality system and monitoring analysis, be responsible for QAR flight quality data processing, statistical analysis, monitor deviation from standard project development trends, and format and save decoded data for use by flight department, performance monitoring and other relevant departments;
2) According to the grade and nature of deviation from standard events; timely discover and report unsafe operation events or trends; report flight event statistics and trend analysis, and report all kinds of discovered unsafe incidents and hidden dangers;
3) Develop and maintain the normal operation of the QAR decoding system, analyze and generate flight events according to predetermined standards, and classify the nature and level of events; assist relevant departments to provide relevant flight data, and provide analysis data of flight insecurity events and accidents;
4) Assist relevant departments to organize flight technology seminars, provide relevant data support; assist in handling collaboration and working relationships with other departments and relevant units; and produce 3D animation and other courseware on demand;
5) Continuously monitor, collect and summarize qar related safety information, conduct analysis, and prepare various reports and plans, including: monthly/quarter/semi-annual/annual monitoring reports, safety operation notices, other operational deviation reports, training plans, etc., to prepare for safety management review, The materials of the relevant special sessions of the Anhui regular meeting, etc., monitor the implementation of the resolutions of the meeting.
2. Job requirements:
1) Bachelor degree or above;
2) Cet-6 or equivalent English level, able to communicate in English;
3) Familiar with office software, office equipment, official document writing specifications, skilled use of the network;
4) Have a certain knowledge of SMS;
5) Engaged in flight quality monitoring for 2 years and above, proficient in AirFase or other mainstream FOQA decoding software;
6) Strong sensitivity to data and greater interest in data analysis;
7) Flight, computer, safety engineering, dispatch, and maintenance are preferred.
