Product Definition:

Based on B2C platform (JC official website www.jcairlines.com) of JC Airlines, "Flash Sale" will conduct everyday from 15:00 to 16:00 (Cambodia local time). The product of "Flash Sale" is the fix price tickets of schedule flight of JC Airlines.

Usage Instruction:

1. "Flash Sale" product is for the customer who had already registered at JC airlines official website www.jcairlines.com
2. "Flash Sale" time every 15:00 - 16:00 (Cambodia local time)
3. Product for "Flash Sale" is the 1 USD fix price tickets of schedule flight of JC Airlines. Fuel and airport taxes are excluded in price.
4. Winners of "Flash Sale" need to complete all the procedures for buying ticket within 15 min after the order is generated, including fill in passengers' information, payment and ticket issuing. The order will be canceled and the relevant ticket will be reactive for other users if payment and ticketing issuing failed due to over time.
5. This product is not applicable to children, infant as well as special passenger according to JC policy.

Ticket refund and change pilicy:

• Endorsed to an other: Not allowed
• Refund: no voluntary refund (All fees can not be refunded if the refund is voluntarily submitted by the passenger.)
• Rescheduling: The ticket can not be recheduled, unless the rescheduling is applied on conditional irregular flights only, JC airlines will process ticket refund according to irregularity flight handling policy of JC Airlines.
• This product not allowed be used in combination with other products and be subjected to double preferential policies.
